On March 22, we shared the exciting news with students and families that graduating seniors will receive a printed diploma (mailed to their home) AND a new digital diploma. This common practice allows for the greatest accuracy related to graduation requirements instead of receiving the diploma at commencement. This also will allow graduating seniors to sit with their friends in the order they wish – within their degree group rather than in alphabetical order. While we know the students will love this new flexible seating arrangement, parents and families will want to communicate with their graduating seniors and keep an eye out for when they are approaching the stage. Their name and Latin award (if applicable) will be read as they cross the stage. The professional photography group, Graduation Foto, will be on-site to take each graduate’s photograph as soon as they walk off the stage. Please refrain from standing up to take photos in the aisles during the ceremony to ensure the best possible experience for all attendees!
