- 2. PathwayU Assessment (Find Your Fit): This comprehensive assessment takes a deep dive into a student’s unique profile—analyzing their Interests, Values, Personality, and Preferred Workplace. It then offers ideas about specific academic majors and career opportunities that align with these traits.
