Paul Dean is Professor of Sociology and Department Chair at Ohio Wesleyan University, an award-winning instructor, and author of several books. He will share his current work, focused on class inequality and first-generation students, including his most recent book, Class Cultures and Social Mobility: The Hidden Strengths of Working-Class First-Generation Graduates (Rutgers University Press, 2026) in a virtual program on Wednesday, April 15 at 7:00pm
