Snowed in and unable to travel this winter? AVI is bringing the journey to you! This month, we’re excited to take you on a culinary tour across the United States and around the world, featuring eight new food cultures from select states and international destinations.
We’re also thrilled to welcome back one of our favorite guest chefs, Chef Naveen Agarwal, who will showcase his expertise in Indian cuisine and share his favorite techniques for preparing these bold, flavorful dishes.
In addition, we’ll be celebrating two big events this month:
