Dear OWU Families, As your students dive into their new classes, we’re sure you’ll hear all about their positive experiences! However, sometimes students need to make adjustments to their schedules. We want to make sure you’re aware of the upcoming window for these changes.
Students can add, drop, or change courses through Thursday, January 22, 2026. It’s important that they consult with their faculty advisor before making any adjustments. Please keep in mind that to be considered a full-time student, they need to be enrolled in at least 3.25 units (this equates to about 12 semester credit hours) for the semester. For those planning to graduate in four years, the average is 4.25 units per semester.
