Ohio Wesleyan University’s Richard M. Ross Art Museum was awarded a $15,674 Sustainability Grant from the Ohio Arts Council. The Ross Museum’s exhibitions relate to and enhance the curriculum of the OWU Department of Fine Arts, as well as other academic departments. The museum’s permanent collection of more than 2,500 works by artists such as Pablo Picasso, Frank Stella, and Alfred Stieglitz serve as a rich resource for students, faculty, and other scholars. Funding from the Ohio Arts Council helps to guarantee the ongoing operations of the Ross Art Museum and its ability to enrich the community, university, and the lives of our students through exhibitions of artists from around the world. Each spring, the museum hosts OWU’s students’ juried Senior Show and is a highlight of the culminating activities for our senior fine arts majors. Learn more about the Richard M.
