If you would like access to view your student’s account balance and receive monthly e-bills, your student can set you up as an authorized user. You will then receive an email with directions to create your own log-in credentials that will allow you to have access to your student’s account in Nelnet. Below are instructions you can share with your student. This needs to be done only one-time and does not have to be updated each semester.
