The 2025 Form 1098-T tax documents are available to eligible students. The form is available through our provider ECSI. If your student chose the electronic delivery option, they will be able to access the document through this website: https://heartland.ecsi.net/
Your student can also learn about your Heartland Key and how to obtain it by clicking on the center box on their website. If your student did not opt-in to electronic delivery, your paper 1098-T will be delivered to the address on file with OWU.
