Sandusky St.) or housing address (name of residential facility), as\u00a0<em><strong>this will cause a delay in processing your item.<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0Amazon drivers are known to leave packages\u00a0<em><strong>anywhere<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0on campus if this protocol is not strictly followed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>New Student Mailbox assignments are available in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.owu.edu\/students-directory\/letter\/A\/\">Student Directory<\/a>.<\/strong> Keys to the mailbox can be picked up during New Student Move-In at the Hamilton-Williams Campus Center (HWCC).<\/p>\n<p>When a package is processed,\u00a0<strong>students will receive an email from Mailroom Receiving. They should<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>keep\u00a0this email until they have picked up the package<\/strong>.\u00a0 An email will be sent for each package containing the tracking number that the mailroom staff needs to retrieve the package.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Students must present their student ID (we recommend taking a photo of it and saving it on their phone) or another valid form of photo ID to collect their package.\u00a0<\/strong>If the student cannot pick up the item, you may FORWARD the email notice to\u00a0<a rel=\"noopener\"><strong>mailroom@owu.edu<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0and provide us with the name of the person who will be picking the item up for you (remind that person to have their photo ID).<\/p>\n<p><b>Mailroom hours are 11:30 a.m.<\/b><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px\"><strong>-3:30 p.m., Monday-Friday<\/strong> during the school year,<\/span>\u00a0and closed on OWU Holidays.
