Students will then receive directions to their hall. Please follow all posted traffic routes.<\/p>\n<p><b>Prepare for Unloading<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b>RAs and Camp Leaders will assist with unloading. Please:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Label every item with the student\u2019s name and room number.<\/li>\n<li>Remove unnecessary packaging before arriving.<\/li>\n<li>Take move-in trash to the designated dumpster.<\/li>\n<li>Decide who is responsible for parking the car after unloading<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Loft and Bunk Kits<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b>Complete the Fall 2026\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSe3RfFKA_h5zX1RqB2rko7wR6qe9XEJ006B6ZKS-j811VT0Tw\/viewform\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSe3RfFKA_h5zX1RqB2rko7wR6qe9XEJ006B6ZKS-j811VT0Tw\/viewform&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1784835635417000&amp;usg=AOvVaw2aK5xnr_didtU3L73aD98v\">Loft &amp; Bunk Kit Request Form<\/a>\u00a0to request a kit. The $100 nonrefundable rental fee will be added to the student\u2019s account. Requests received by August 3 will be installed before August 20. Later or early-arrival installations cannot be guaranteed.
