Ohio Wesleyan partners with\u00a0BibliU<\/a>\u00a0to operate the OWU Campus Store and provide students with digital course materials each semester. For the 2026-2027 academic year, all digital materials ordered by your professors will be made available to you via\u00a0BibliU\u2019s Equitable Access (EA) program at a cost of $68 per item, per course.<\/p>\n

A digital course materials fee will be added to your bill each semester<\/strong>\u00a0based on your class selections and your professors\u2019 choices. (If you do not see EA charges on your billing statement, this is likely because your professors are not utilizing EA digital course materials in your particular classes.)<\/p>\n

With EA, you get day-one access to your digital course materials as well as global and content-specific search, text-to-speech audio playback, speed reader, automated referencing, and other convenient features to support academic success.<\/p>\n

If you choose to\u00a0opt out<\/strong>\u00a0of the\u00a0BibliU\u00a0Equitable Access (EA) program<\/strong>\u00a0for your digital course materials, you must do so before 11:59 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2026, to be eligible for a program refund.<\/p>\n

Please note: Opting\u00a0out will remove EA digital materials from\u00a0all<\/em>\u00a0of your courses for the selected semester; you can\u2019t purchase some digital materials via EA, but not others. If you\u00a0opt\u00a0out, you will need to purchase all required materials yourself.<\/p>\n

If you choose to\u00a0opt\u00a0out, please\u00a0use this link<\/a>. Start by typing in your full\u00a0owu.edu<\/a>\u00a0email address, after which you will be asked to authenticate with your\u00a0OWU<\/span>\u00a0username<\/span>\u00a0and password.<\/p>\n

If you\u00a0opt out<\/a>\u00a0of the EA program, or later\u00a0opt\u00a0back in, the digital course materials fee on your bill will be adjusted the following business day. If you\u00a0change<\/em>\u00a0classes, your course materials fee won\u2019t be adjusted until after the relevant add\/drop date. (This protocol prevents the confusion of EA charges being added and removed repeatedly as you finalize your class schedule.)<\/p>\n
