That&#8217;s all you need to enter to sign into Self-Service. Don&#8217;t use your full email address. If you&#8217;re entering your correct OWU username and password, and it&#8217;s just bringing you back to the sign-in prompt with no error, you likely need to clear cookies and site data in your browser.
