Sandusky St.) or housing address (name of residential facility), as <em><strong>this will cause a delay in your item being processed.<\/strong><\/em> Amazon drivers are known to leave packages <em><strong>anywhere<\/strong><\/em> on campus if this protocol is not strictly followed.<\/p>\n<p>When a package is processed,\u00a0<strong>students will receive an email from Mailroom Central Receiving. They should<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>keep\u00a0this email until they have picked up the package<\/strong>.\u00a0 An email will be sent for each package containing the tracking number that the mailroom staff needs to retrieve the package (the number begins with OWU).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Students must present their student ID (we recommend taking a photo of it and saving it on their phone) or another valid form of photo ID to collect their package.\u00a0<\/strong><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px\">If the student cannot pick up the item, you may FORWARD the email to\u00a0<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>mailroom@owu.edu<\/strong><\/a> and provide us with the name of the person who will be picking the item up for you (remind that person to have their photo ID).<\/span> Mailroom hours are 11:30 a.m. &#8211; 3:30 p.m., Monday &#8211; Friday.
