The deadline to withdraw from a full-semester class is October 28.<\/span><b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>To Withdraw, use the \u201c<\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/ohiowesleyan.topdesk.net\/tas\/public\/ssp\/content\/detail\/knowledgeitem?unid=57f0728addc24020a4c1ed50cf19bc2e\"><b>Change of Schedule<\/b><\/a><b>\u201d form<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> located at <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/forms.owu.edu\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">forms.owu.edu<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. It is helpful to give the instructor and your advisor a heads up.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Withdrawing from a course places a \u201cW\u201d on your transcript as your grade and does not impact GPA.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Although your GPA is protected with a Withdraw, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">you may make academic progress more slowly because a Withdrawn class does not count toward graduation units.<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Talk with your advisor about future coursetaking plans.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Withdrawing from a class does not affect your full-time enrollment, so long as you do not withdraw from all of your classes.
