The\u00a0New Student Registration Course<\/a>\u00a0is designed to help OWU\u2019s registration team get you set with a great Fall schedule! Here\u2019s what to do.<\/p>\n

  1. Use your OWU username and password to log into our learning management system, Blackboard<\/b><\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Open the New Student Registration Course\u00a0<\/b>to learn about OWU academic opportunities through the self-paced online materials. Be sure to take any relevant placement tests.<\/li>\n
  3. Complete the Registration and Advising Guide by JUNE 2. <\/b>(Access it in section 3 of the course).<\/li>\n
  4. OWU\u2019s registration team will register you for classes based on the interests you share. You’ll receive an email from academic advising on July 1 about your preliminary class schedule. That email will also describe opportunities to discuss your schedule and\/or make changes if you\u2019d like.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The Director of Holistic Advising and the Academic Advising Specialist are the advisors for incoming students until they are matched with a faculty advisor in August. You can ask any questions by contacting them at\u00a0academicadvising@owu.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n
