If you have reached out to Health Services and have not heard back, you can assume that everything you have submitted is correct. The delay is due to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.owu.edu\/about\/offices-services-directory\/student-health-center\/resources\/\">transition in management of our student health center<\/a>. If\u00a0anything further is needed, you will be contacted.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, please note that you do not need to set up the MyChart account as part of the checklist.
