If you have reached out to Health Services and have not heard back, you can assume that everything you have submitted is correct. The delay is due to the transition in management of our student health center. If anything further is needed, you will be contacted.
In addition, please note that you do not need to set up the MyChart account as part of the checklist. That will be done at a later time.
