Ohio Wesleyan partners with BibliU to operate the OWU Campus Store and provide students with digital course materials each semester. For the 2026-2027 academic year, all digital materials ordered by your professors will be made available to you via BibliU’s Equitable Access (EA) program at a cost of $68 per item, per course.
A digital course materials fee will be added to your bill each semester based on your class selections and your professors’ choices. (If you do not see EA charges on your billing statement, this is likely because your professors are not utilizing EA digital course materials in your particular classes.)
With EA, you get day-one access to your digital course materials as well as global and content-specific search, text-to-speech audio playback, speed reader, automated referencing, and other convenient features to support academic success.
If you choose to opt out of the BibliU Equitable Access (EA) program for your digital course materials, you must do so before 11:59 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2026, to be eligible for a program refund.
Please note: Opting out will remove EA digital materials from all of your courses for the selected semester; you can’t purchase some digital materials via EA, but not others. If you opt out, you will need to purchase all required materials yourself.
If you choose to opt out, please use this link. Start by typing in your full owu.edu email address, after which you will be asked to authenticate with your OWU username and password.
If you opt out of the EA program, or later opt back in, the digital course materials fee on your bill will be adjusted the following business day. If you change classes, your course materials fee won’t be adjusted until after the relevant add/drop date. (This protocol prevents the confusion of EA charges being added and removed repeatedly as you finalize your class schedule.)
