Your OWU username is the first part of your email address. So Polly Cracker, with email address pmcracker@owu.edu, their username is pmcracker. That’s all you need to enter to sign into Self-Service, where you’ll register for classes and view your grades. Don’t use your full email address.
If you’re entering your correct OWU username and password, but it just brings you back to the sign-in prompt with no error, you likely need to clear cookies and site data in your browser.
