Your OWU username is the first part of your email address. So Janice E. Public, with email address jepublic@owu.edu, their username is jepublic. That’s all you need to enter to sign into Self-Service. Don’t use your full email address. If you’re entering your correct OWU username and password, and it’s just bringing you back to the sign-in prompt with no error, you likely need to clear cookies and site data in your browser.
