Mailing / Shipping Address for Students

Parents/Families of new students,
The address for all student mail/packages is:
Student Name, OWU HWCC Box#, 40 Rowland Ave., Delaware, OH 43015

Please do not use the university address (61 S. Sandusky St.) or housing address (name of residential facility), as this will cause a delay in your item being processed. Amazon drivers are known to leave packages anywhere on campus if this protocol is not strictly followed.

When a package is processed, students will receive an email from Mailroom Central Receiving. They should keep this email until they have picked up the package.  An email will be sent for each package containing the tracking number that the mailroom staff needs to retrieve the package (the number begins with OWU).

Students must present their student ID (we recommend taking a photo of it and saving it on their phone) or another valid form of photo ID to collect their package. If the student cannot pick up the item, you may FORWARD the email to mailroom@owu.edu and provide us with the name of the person who will be picking the item up for you (remind that person to have their photo ID). Mailroom hours are 11:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Monday – Friday. Please email us at mailroom@owu.edu if you have any questions or concerns.
