Your OWU username is the first part of your email address. So Janice O. Public, with email address jopublic@owu.edu, their username is jopublic. That’s all you need to enter to sign into Self-Service–not your full email address. If you’re entering your correct username and password, and it’s just bringing you back to the sign-in prompt, you likely need to clear cookies and site data in your browser. We have instructions for doing this in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. We’re here to help if you have any other issues or questions!
