“Panhel/IFC” refers to Ohio Wesleyan’s sorority and fraternity governing councils: the Panhellenic Council and the Interfraternity Council. The Panhellenic Council exists to develop and encourage positive relations among sorority chapters. This body stands for the ideals of Greek life, including friendship, leadership, scholarship, and service to the community and to each other. The council is comprised of members from various sororities. The Interfraternity Council (IFC) is responsible for creating policies, promoting academic excellence, and planning formal recruitment and other activities for the fraternities.
