Welcome to OWU! As you make plans for your summer, and arrival to campus, we wanted to make you aware of the following mandatory dates for all new students:
Thursday, Aug. 14th:Â Move-In Day* / Convocation
Friday, Aug. 15th – Sunday, Aug. 17th:Â Camp Oh-Wooo** (Mandatory Fall Orientation. Click link for more info)
Monday, Aug. 18th – Tuesday, Aug. 19th: Mandatory Fall Orientation Programming Continues
Wednesday, Aug. 20th:Â First Day of Fall Semester Classes
* Some students will have earlier arrivals (Summer Bridge, Marching Band, Fall Athletes, etc.). The person coordinating each of these programs will be in contact later this summer with arrival information.
** Camp Oh-Wooo is mandatory for all new students. That said, NCAA Fall Athletes do not participate in Camp these days due to their fall sports camp schedule, but will have mandatory programming on Monday and Tuesday before classes begin.
