What do Teachers need to do after the roster is announced?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    2. Tell parents about the confirmation form due date and payment due date.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Coordinate travel arrangements, check-in plans, and Saturday lunch plans with participating families.<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Notify the Festival Director (<\/span>rdedward@owu.edu<\/span><\/a>) ASAP if any accepted students are unable to attend.<\/span><\/li>\n
    5. Encourage students to practice!<\/span><\/li>\n
