Recently it has come to our attention that users have been experiencing random, intermittent issues with access to our resources. This is affecting users at all CONSORT schools and we have also been able to confirm this is an issue at the vendor level and not one we are able to fix locally. Should you experience an issue, the message you receive will be titled, “Proxy Error.”
While this is currently being worked on by the vendor, there are a few workarounds we can suggest:
- Clear your web browser’s cache
- Try your search again in a different browser
We also request that you send along any instances of this error to email@example.com including the time the error message was received and the resource(s) being searched.
