I downloaded the parcel, street centerline,and hydrology files to my new folder. I opened the data sets into ArcGIS Pro and created a layer for each imported data set. I am going to do Concept 3 &#8220;What&#8217;s Inside\u201d to determine what land parcels fall in floodplains. I am also going to do Concept 5, \u201cMapping Change\u201d to determine how suburbs spread outward.
