I have also become so much more confident in my writing through the courses here.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What has been your most exciting or transformative experience as a major thus far?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>My Sophomore year I took Professor Butcher\u2019s \u201cWriting Essays\u201d course where we did writing workshops and everyone had to read our personal essays. I have never been that comfortable with anyone but a teacher reading my work, but I realized how important peer editing is for growing as a writer and as a student too.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Favorite Authors, Genres, Periods, Interests?
