For the work:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Oak Hill will be blocked just east of the Welch Hall parking lot, preventing through traffic.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Students will need to turn left when driving out of the Welch lot and right when driving out of the Stuyvesant lot.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">The stairs will be blocked that lead from Hayes and Smith halls to Oak Hill and the surrounding sidewalk will be closed.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pedestrians from Hayes and Stuyvesant halls will need to use the south sidewalk on Oak Hill.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pedestrians from Smith Hall will need to use the Liberty Road sidewalk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Thank you for your patience and cooperation as the University works to improve the OWU campus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8211;The Department of Public Safety<br \/>\n<a href=\"mailto:psafety@owu.edu\">psafety@owu.edu<\/a>\u00a0\/ (740) 368-2222<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In conjunction with the Smith Hall construction project,\u00a0we will be\u00a0closing a portion of Oak Hill Avenue and redirecting both motorists and pedestrians from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. tomorrow, Sept. 4,\u00a0as workers remove a diseased tree that now has a hollow trunk.
