Should we put a cap on the amount of espresso shots we down? Or is it all fair game in the spirit of grades?<\/p>\n<p>Students should know that drinking coffee comes with several health benefits. A cup of brewed coffee contains 1.8 grams of fiber and antioxidants that your body loves. Also two cups of coffee can cut post-workout muscle pain by up to 48%. On a bigger note, several studies have shown that coffee drinkers have up to a 65% lower risk of getting Alzheimer\u2019s disease, and a 32%-60% reduction in risk of getting Parkinson\u2019s disease.<\/p>\n<p>Although coffee has some great benefits, it can affect your sleep cycle if drank too late in the day. This would make you feel even more exhausted the next day. It takes somewhere between 4-6 hours for caffeine to leave your body after you drink it. Because of this it is recommended that you stop drinking coffee 7 hours before when you plan (or hope) to go to bed.
