Employees are encouraged to go paperless and receive their 2019 IRS W-2 and 1095C form electronically through their ADP Portal.<\/p>\n

Receiving an electronic W-2 form is safer and faster!<\/p>\n

Please follow the steps below to provide consent to receive an electronic-only W-2 and 1095C form:<\/p>\n

Log in to your ADP Portal.
\nSelect Myself > Pay > Annual Statements.
\nSelect Go Paperless at the top left-hand area of the screen.
\nFollow prompts and enter provided confirmation number to complete set-up.<\/p>\n

Please complete this process prior to the start of winter break.<\/p>\n
