We will be doing primarily a Hatha practice, sometimes we add in a bit more flow, and sometimes we take our practice slow.<\/p>\n<p>Please bring your own mat if you have one, dress in workout clothing, prepare to be barefoot! We do have extra mats and all other props are provided.<\/p>\n<p>Class is located in the Fitness Lab inside the Simpson Querrey Fitness Center.
