You are now able to reserve the Banner Pole Area on the JAYwalk in the scheduling\u00a0system Ad Astra! Here are a few things you need to know:<\/span><\/p>\n

*Note:\u00a0For requests to be completely confirmed, a work order\u00a0MUST<\/u><\/b>\u00a0be submitted through Buildings and Grounds as Ad Astra only reserves the space.<\/span><\/p>\n

Certain special University events will take precedence using banner poles. Other than the special University events it is a 1st<\/sup>\u00a0come, 1st<\/sup>\u00a0serve basis.<\/span><\/p>\n

When submitting a work order through Buildings and Grounds, the following information is required: an account number, the date\/time the poles are to be set up and taken down, a pick up and drop off location for the banner.<\/span><\/p>\n

*Student Clubs and Organizations:<\/span>\u00a0will need to contact their advisor to submit a work order to Buildings and Grounds.<\/span><\/p>\n

For the spring semester if you have already submitted a work order to B&G, make sure to also submit a reservation in Ad Astra. This document<\/a> will help to walk you through the process.<\/span><\/p>\n
