Requests for late WDs due to poor grades will not be approved unless there are extenuating circumstances. All petitions (located here\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/goo.gl\/SkQPGR\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">goo.gl\/SkQPGR<\/a>) must be signed by the student, professor, and academic advisor and returned to Univ. Hall, Room 007. Un-signed petitions will not be accepted.
