He will discuss how the advancement of China&#8217;s economic and military power has shifted the balance of power in the east and, as a result, is challenging US authority and regional security interests.<\/p>\n<p>In a recent Tampa Bay Times interview discussing China&#8217;s control over North Korea, Ross stated: &#8220;China has much at stake in its strategic and economic relationship with North Korea. But is there total control?
