Protect your eyes this week while studying. Use these six tips to have a more enjoyable fall finals.<\/p>\n

  1. Study with sufficient light over the right shoulder for left-handers and over the left for right-handers.<\/li>\n
  2. Put less stress on yours eyes by holding reading material 14 to 16 inches away.<\/li>\n
  3. Take study breaks to give your eyes a rest.<\/li>\n
  4. Adjust lighting on the computer to eliminate glare on the screen.<\/li>\n
  5. Place computer screens 20 to 26 inches away from your eyes.<\/li>\n
  6. Get a good night sleep to prevent dry eye and irritation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
