Create a Google document, adapting the lesson plan template as needed, copy and paste for all of the meetings per semester. Before every meeting, the student writes an assessment\/progress report &amp; shortly before the lesson, the instructor can review &amp; add comments. After the lesson, cut &amp; paste the ongoing assignments, editing in new concepts and assignments. Both the instructor and student can easily attach links, photos &amp; other content.
