Going on a run, walk, or playing outdoor sports will increase your mood while exercising.<\/p>\n<p>2) Take the time to do spring cleaning! Having control of a clean environment can decrease stress which will further improve your overall wellness.<\/p>\n<p>3) Take the opportunity to eat fresh fruits and vegetables that are in season.<\/p>\n<p>4) Protect your skin!
