We are holding our student vaccination clinic this Sunday, April 11, from 9 am-12 pm in the Branch Rickey Arena and Fieldhouse.\u00a0 To receive the J&J (“Jannsen”) one-dose vaccine that morning, you must complete a\u00a0registration form<\/a>\u00a0no later than Saturday<\/b>\u00a0(the code to access the form is\u00a0covid19<\/b>).\u00a0 You cannot just show up and receive the vaccine without prior registration and approval to receive it.\u00a0 If you plan to come Sunday, please fill out the registration form ASAP.<\/p>\n

If you would like to receive the vaccine on campus but cannot come on Sunday, please complete this\u00a0interest form<\/a>\u00a0so we can follow up with you.<\/div>\n

If you have already received all doses of the vaccine from an off-campus provider, please send a copy of your vaccination record to\u00a0covid19@owu.edu<\/a>.\u00a0 Starting two weeks after you have received all doses, we will exempt you from our regular campus testing protocols for at least 90 days.<\/div>\n

As a reminder, OWU has announced that we are requiring the vaccine for all students by the start of the fall 2021 semester (pending full FDA approval of the vaccines).\u00a0 An exemption petition process will be shared soon, but approvals for exemptions will be limited and will require additional actions on the part of those who petition.<\/div>\n
