Winter Health

1) Wear Sunscreen! Contrary to what most people would think, the sun is actually closer to the earth during the winter than the summer and in addition snow and ice can reflect up to 80% of UV rays. Many face lotions contain SPF so check for this when you purchase these product to protect your skin.
2) The idea that you lose most of your body heat through your head is actually false! A large amount of heat is released via the finger tips, not your head. So make sure you always wear gloves.

3) Alcohol in the cold is a dangerous thing! Most people think it warms you up, which might be true.
