Tai Chi is a set of gentle exercises from China that requires no special clothes or gear, doesn’t take a lot of time, and leaves you refreshed and centered. Your teacher and guide Grace Franklin has been practicing and sharing the joys of Tai Chi and Qigong (Chi Kung) since 2008.
