Today – Hispanic and Latinx Heritage Poetry Festival Begins at 6 p.m.!

Everyone is invited to poetry festival events this Monday and Tuesday. The festival celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month, which ends October 15. Poets and translators from a variety of countries will share their messages with us during the events. All events are free.
The first event is a Poetry Festival Reading on today (Oct. 9), in Merrick Hall 301, from 6-8 p.m.
The second event is Tuesday (Oct. 10) with Poet Carlos Aguasaco, also in Merrick Hall 301, from 10-11 a.m.
Also Tuesday, there will be Poetry Book Presentations from 6-7:30 p.m. in the Bayley Room (second floor of Beeghly Library).
