The 34th annual Vogel Lecture, titled “Notable and Notorious: Ohio and the 14th Amendment,” is scheduled for TONIGHT, Tues., April 3 at 7:30 p.m. in Ham-Wil, Benes Room B.
Did you know the Bill of Rights did not apply to the States? The 14th Amendment changed that. To celebrate the 150th birthday of the 14th Amendment, Dr. Barbara Terzian will explain its origins, its profound impact and Ohio’s distinctive relationship to it—both notable and notorious.
Hope to see you there!
