A representative from The Philadelphia Center (TPC) will be in the Atrium of HWCC this coming Monday, Oct. 16, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Philadelphia Center off-campus study program offers you the opportunity to gain college credit while living and learning independently.
