Tips For a Healthy Thanksgiving

1) Practice conscious consumption- be aware of portion control.

2) Limit alcohol to avoid feeling sluggish and dehydrated.

3) Take the time to reflect- It is a perfect point in the semester to take some time for yourself, write down goals for the rest of the semester as well as things you have accomplished so far.

4) Don’t forget to exercise- Many towns have thanksgiving “Turkey Runs” which can be a fun family activity.

5) Be mindful of what you are thankful for.
