Having any difficulty scheduling appointments online?
Google calendar has a setting (in a browser: Menu button -> Settings -> General settings -> Use home time zone) that could cause problems if set incorrectly. We’ve posted instructions on our Self Help site to check your timezone and correct it if necessary:

Instructions are posted for checking/correcting this on mobile devices as well as computer browsers.
