I’m happy to report that Ohio Wesleyan will observe summer hours this year with offices closing 30 minutes early at 4:30 pm daily from Monday, May 9, 2016, through Friday, August 19, 2016.
We will resume regular office hours with offices closing at 5 p.m. on Monday, August 22, 2016. For hourly employees only, please put the 30 minutes of extra time off under “M time” (miscellaneous time) when filling out your time card.
In addition, I am pleased to share that everyone will receive an extra day of holiday this year — with the University to be closed Friday, July 1, 2016, and Monday, July 4, 2016.
The Memorial Day Holiday will be observed on Monday, May 30, 2016, and offices will be closed. Offices will reopen on Tuesday, May 31, 2016.
