The Modern Foreign Languages Department invites you to join us for our 3rd Hispanic Film Festival. Between Sept. 21 and Oct. 26 we will show 5 films (in Spanish with English subtitles). The screenings are free and open to the public.
The first film on Sept. 21 is “Ixcanul, Volcano” by Guatemalan filmmaker Jayro Bustamante at 6:30 p.m. in Phillips Auditorium.
The film festival is made possible through the support of Pragda, SPAIN arts & culture and the Secretary of State for Culture of Spain in collaboration with the MFL Department, the Global Studies Institute as well as the Latin American Studies and Film Studies Programs.
