Join us on Wed., Sept. 20 to learn how to make a Farmer’s Market meal. Come join us for an hour long class at the NEW Teaching Kitchen series in the Kitchen at Stuy Hall. The class will start at 6:00 p.m. and will last for one hour.
OWU Executive Chef James Akers will facilitate this interactive class, which will teach you the basics of what to look for and utilize from a Farmer’s Market stand. We will be making Tomato Bruschetta Chicken Salad.
