Report a Problem Online Form Now Available

Dear Campus Community,

It is now faster and easier to share information about campus concerns ranging from “something’s broken” to “my device won’t connect to the network” – and more.

The University has created a new Report a Problem form accessible at www.owu.edu/report-a-problem to allow you to quickly share non-emergency information about issues of concern.

The new service is part of Ohio Wesleyan’s strong commitment to provide a top-notch living and working environment for all members of the campus community.

Please note that Report a Problem submissions are reviewed during business hours Monday through Friday. The form is not intended for urgent issues. To report a fire, medical, or police emergency, or a serious in-progress crime, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY. Do not use the Report a Problem form.

For issues that require prompt Public Safety or building maintenance attention, such as a room lockout or broken water pipe, CONTACT PUBLIC SAFETY 24 hours a day at 740-368-2222. Do not use the Report a Problem form.

Finally, if your issue traditionally has required completion of a Buildings & Grounds service request, including an account number for any charges, continue to USE THE B&G FORM accessible via the myOWU gateway. The Report a Problem form is not intended to be used for these types of larger projects.
